After my 3 outdoor runs for the week I was feeling pretty good last night, so good that I had an extra beer, extra chips and an EXTRA large piece of pie (it was weight watchers but still!)- I felt so stuffed afterward, I have to figure out how to overcome the weekends- mostly friday nights....
I did wake up early Saturday though and finish the pizza dough I was making for dinner, and also made a batch of pretty good pb&j muffins (i made them a little healthier....) - i calculated the points- 6 kind of high but it's good to know and I won't be eating them daily. i'm always looking for healthy snacks for the kids and any alternative to something that comes out of a box.....
I may or may not get out to take the dog for a walk today- my youngest has the stomach flu and my oldest has a bad cold and a knee injury - so I'm home today nursing illnesses. If I don't get out with the dog I will try a ballet dvd and also do a bunch of cooking for the week.
Since it's starting to get warmer - finally... I'm thinking about getting some of my spring/summer clothes out and some for the kids too.... Have a great day!
